The Threshold operates on the principle that a strong, informed community is a safer and more responsible community. The outreach programs, educational resources, and connections we maintain require ongoing support. We don't receive government funding or rely on corporate sponsorships. Everything we do is driven by community members like you who believe that better access to information and trusted local providers strengthens shooting sports for everyone.
Your contribution, whether one-time or ongoing, directly funds what we do: maintaining a network of vetted local resources, creating educational content that answers real questions new shooters have, organizing community events, and building bridges between enthusiasts and the professionals who service our community. We keep these efforts lean and focused so your donation has maximum impact.
The Next Step
Contributions to The Threshold support three core initiatives: Education & Outreach, which funds the creation and maintenance of guides, safety resources, and community materials; Community Connections, which builds and sustains relationships with local providers, ranges, and clubs; and Events & Gatherings, which creates opportunities for community members to meet, share experience, and strengthen the local network.
When you contribute, you're not funding overhead or management—you're funding direct community work. A portion of every contribution goes toward maintaining accurate, up-to-date content. Another portion supports events and gatherings where members can meet in person. The rest builds relationships with local educators and providers who can help community members find the right resources. How to Support Us
- Choose Your Level of Support. We accept contributions of any size. One-time gifts of $25, $50, $100, or more are equally valuable. If you'd prefer ongoing support, monthly contributions at any amount help us plan long-term programs with confidence. Every dollar supports direct community work.
- Make Your Contribution. You can contribute securely online through our website. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment methods. Contributions are processed through a trusted payment platform and your information is never stored or shared.
- Receive a Confirmation. Upon contribution, you'll receive an immediate email confirmation with your receipt and a thank-you message from our community team. We'll also add you to our contributor list (with your permission) if you'd like your name recognized as a community supporter.
- Stay Connected. Contributors are invited to our monthly community updates, early access to new resources, and occasional member-only events. You'll have direct insight into how your contribution is being used and the impact it's making in our community.
